MODULE 2 - The Awakening Experience

LEVEL - Beginner and Intermediate

Awake, Aren’t I Already Awake?

Being asleep with eyes wide open does not necessarily mean being awake. Do you only notice the journey has ended after driving the same route to/from work? How many billboards did you pass? What out-of-state license plates did you notice? Or the number of asian restaurants on your route?

Granted, being fully mindful and aware while driving can be quite overwhelming. However, as you open to this awakening, a whole new world comes into view for the first time. Whatever the reason, whether this was a conscious choice or circumstances in life have propelled you here, you have decided to pursue intuition development because something in your conscious awareness has shifted.

There’s a real change and your ability to perceive beyond the five sense has you questioning everything in reality, and maybe even your own sanity. The reality of our existence that involves logic and reasoning is not as it once was. As you continue to awaken and experience more inexplicable sensations, a truth deep within you beckons to be liberated. Suddenly, you find yourself becoming a seeker and questioning everything.

There may even be a feeling that you no longer belong, like you’re out of place and maybe even going out of your mind. Because for the first time, you’re finally experiencing life outside your mind. What a brilliant time to be human!

The Five Stages

Before continuing, it is important to have a general understanding of the awakening experience. In her explanation of the awakening process, Nanice, delves into the Five Stages to our awakening. Elegantly and succinctly describing the whole experience.

In truth, stepping into this new path might be quite challenging at times. No matter how winding the road, the extraordinary journey far exceeds any bumps and bruises along the way. The result of your awakening is liberation from personal discomfort, clarity of being, inner peace, and the ability to live an incredibly fulfilling life.

1. False Self

A subtle curiosity to something more begins to grow inside. Without realizing, we are being to awaken to a self that is no longer at peace. Beyond childhood we’re mostly asleep and don’t even realize the realities we are merely existing in this a state of unconscious living.

The reality we are living is rarely questioned. We go about our lives as the perceivers' life playing out before our eyes. A perceiver, in contrast to an observer, is the one who identifies with the drama playing out before them. Following some heard like consciousness without question, without inquiry as to what’s really going on beyond basic survival. We go on living according to some unconscious programming. Primal and instinctual to our survival.

Our lives are defined by who we think we are through conditioning, indoctrination, dogma, society, or culture. An existence where happiness is based on the attainment of external possessions, our jobs, relationships, our family. We live under an illusion of control as a means for feeling safe. Bending ourselves to the world around us to meet some internal need that is unclear to us. Then, something happens. A shift, a spark awakens something in us and we begin asking for more.

2. Questioning

In this stage, our lives begin to feel uncomfortable. We begin asking questions with a focus on greater meaning. We begin to question our own identity but maintain a hold of it because of its association with our sense of self and value. There’s a feeling of being duped, of having had the wool pulled over our eyes for so long. A sense of blame washes over us as we begin to reconcile everything we once held “true.”

We may find ourselves blaming religion, government, family, and friends. “Why did no one show or teach me truth?” Questioning everything about ourselves like “Who am I?” and “What is my purpose?” There may even be a period where we transition from victimhood to survivor as blame starts to loosen its hold on us.

Our sense of identity is questions the integrity of who we are. Even our sanity. In this stage, we will experience many triggers as we enter into a new space of realizing that nothing external is the source of our happiness. The outside world can no longer sustain this fire burning inside. So we begin to look inwards for answers.

3. Introspection

We rebel against ourselves, and the world at large. Often retreating within for answers as we continue to seek validation from those around us. As we learn to seek within for the answers, old paradigms are released and aspects of who we were starts to die. Not without a fight, of course. Then, a grieving process begins, but not without judgment of those choosing to continue their unconscious existence.

This is the stage where isolation may lead to withdrawal. Confusion between releasing what no longer is and what remains. This is perhaps the longest and most challenging stage for most. The circles we once maintained no longer make sense. A shift in alignment happens and family, friends, lovers no longer seem the same. To them, we seem different and what we now see may seem like judgment against them. This is the stage that may cost you everything! One that opens you the possibility of who you truly are.

This certainly was the case for me. For me, this was a very painful stage as I rebelled against myself, Christ, and even God. It started in my teens and lasted well into my marriage of 10 years and into my late 30s. That same marriage ended, literally one day before the next stage would began, and change my life forever. Of course, not everyone experiences this stage in the same way.

4. Resolution

This is the stage of resolution where the decision you’ve made in your awakening has overhauled the false self or ego. The challenges faced in the first three stages are finally passed and you have entered a space of ease and peace into a deeper sense of self, and are no longer seeking answers. Insights seem to just emerge with little effort from within. A knowing simply flows on demand. Ego never goes away, really. As it is an integral design and construct of the mind but there is much greater awareness of its existence. You are more easily able to recognize it and gain insight into remnants of the old self.

There is no longer a desire to prove your worth. For it has already been established through all the work towards healing old patterns and loops no longer serving your now. Good and bad no longer exist. The realization that everything is Love or the lack therein. And fear is now seen not as the contrast to Love but the intrinsic lack to the existence of Love. Fear then becomes a very powerful tool, like signposts, to what now requires greater awareness.

You have learned to master your thoughts in such a way that happiness has now become the chosen state of being instead of a destination to be reached. You feel “Awake” with an immense sense of gratitude for the journey your “Asleep-self” had to experience and endure.

5. Conscious Creation

This stage is often confused as being the final stage in one expansion of consciousness. In stage five you begin to experience and deepen your experience of stage four and also begin to step into your power as a conscious creator. You begin to realize the ability to consciously and more consistently bend reality to your will.

There’s an awakening to a deeper, more meaningful connection with all life.  You no long behave based on need, but on pure conscious desire to what you feel inspired and called to do.

In this stage you are now the conscious creator and begin to call in your tribe, and communities for serving the betterment of humanity.

Our Bodies, Chakras, and Energy

Our bodies use potassium and sodium ions to create electricity. This chemistry allows our brain to communicate through the nervous system of our body. It's an oversimplification of our complex and intelligent design, but suffice to say our heart and brain are electromagnetic field generators.

Anatomy of Intuition

How we receive information is amazing and uniquely individual. Intuition is the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning. A thing that one knows or considers likely from instinctive feeling rather than conscious reasoning.

That gut instinct or hunch as you walk into a room. Meeting someone you've not met before only to feel weird vibes from them. The truth is, intuition is neither cognitive reasoning nor is it emotional in nature.

Yes, there's a sensing that is not emotionally based. However, it’s like a sensation, visual or audible perceptions, or deep knowing. This knowing is felt in your being but not necessarily in your brain per se. The mind lives within our brain and is comprised of that creative consciousness living within us. Our brain is not our mind.

Interestingly, intuition lives in our body and is not a physical expression of emotions. It is simply a knowing in that space between emotion and reasoning - our thoughts and “Logic,” a sense that is not emotional in origin. Just to clarify, feelings are physically expressed through emotion; we emote what we feel.

Universal Energy

There’s an infinite electromagnetic field of energy that is observable and unobservable. Even at the quantum level, it has been quantified that within the observable spectrum of this electromagnetic field of energy, even matter is nothing more than energy vibrating at specific frequencies giving it physical properties.

Meaning everything in the known living universe, and beyond, is comprised of different forms (expressions) of energy. Everything that ever was, is, and will be emanates and coeleces from Source Field Energy. From the stars to black holes, elements to planets, physical beings to interdimensional non-physical beings. The very essence of all that ever was and will be is Source Field Energy. A field of energy where all the information of all that ever was, is, will ever be lives. Meaning, it is possible to access insight and wisdom with the development of the skills you are about to learn and practice, available to everyone, on-demand.

Humans, created in the image of their creator(s), possess technology intrinsic to their inherent design. Technology that allows us to send and receive information accessible to all other beings in existence. Those of us born with heightened senses seem to be more sensitive to this ever pervasive Source Field Energy.

Many refer to Source Field Energy as Allah, Jehova, Yahweh, Spirit, Great Spirit and God. This Source Field Energy is not innate, however. Being information is just another form of energy and all information lives within Source Field Energy, it would stand to reason that intelligence lives everywhere. Consider your mind blown 🤯🤯🤯.

The Brain

The brain is the command center for the human nervous system. It integrates sensory information and directs physiological motor responses. It is also the center of information processing, learning, biological autonomic functions, and much much more. In essence, our brains are electromagnetic bio-supercomputers that also receives and emits electromagnetic field energy. Learn more here.

The Heart

The heart generates an electromagnetic field 60 times greater than the brain. Additionally, and cool factoid, science has only recently validated that our hearts are made up of more than just cardiovascular cells. It is also chock full of neuronal cells as well. That is to say, our hearts have neurons just like our brains. In fact, 65% of our heart is comprised of neurons. It is also the first organ to develop while in utero. This means that we not only feel with our heart, but think, receive, and transmit information through it too! Learn more here.

The Gut

Furthermore, our gut contains the neuronal equivalent of a golden retriever’s brain known as the enteric nervous system. That is to say, our gastrointestinal tract is like a tertiary brain beyond our heart and mind. Really powerful stuff here. It also explains that gut feeling we get when something’s off. Magic is the merging of physics and metaphysics. Very exciting indeed! Learn more here.

In the body, there are vortices of energy known as Chakras, the Sanskrit word for “Wheels.” Their connection to the seven major endocrine glands/organs is no coincidence either. They are known as the 7 physical energy centers or Chakras of the body. Beginning from the base of our spine to the crown of our skull. They correspond to parts of the body where clusters or bundles of nerve tissue located in each the major glands/organs. Being we are both physical and non-physical beings, the balance of energy between the physical body and energetic/emotional body are only part of an essential equation to the vitality of life.

“This invisible energy, called Prana, is a vital life force, which keeps us vibrant, healthy, and alive.” ~Deepak Chopra

Illusions dispelled

The notion that processing information, feelings, and energy only occurs in the brain has been proven inaccurate. We think with our minds and feel with our body. Cognitively intellectualizing emotions is not the same as actually feeling and emoting them. At the cellular level, our bodies have the capacity to process information of all forms including energetic information, particularly feelings and their respective emotions.

As stated before, intuition is neither cognitive nor emotional in essence. It arises in between the consciousness and unconscious of our being. Now that you have a basic understanding of the energetic fields and centers of the body, it should be of no surprise that we have the ability to transmit and receive non-physical etheric information from all that is like an antenna.

All wireless technology the best form of flattery in how it mimics our own design. It should also help to explain why we can feel what someone else is feeling, even when they are miles away. A little-known fact, there are forms of energy that transcend the space/time continuum as we understand it. You see, space/time beyond this realm, is not linear. There is really no such thing as past, present, or future in dimensions beyond this one. There are only now moments occurring in infinite possibilities.

Our inherent design is what makes us all intuitive. Our life force, spirit, or Qi is the essence of who we are and is the energy which powers this vessel you occupy. Hence why it is so critically important to love thyself, nurture thyself, and nourish thyself in the highest regard. We are not just a body whose existence ends when we die. Our connectedness to all that is makes us as limitless beings of co-creation with an ability to manifest whatever we believe as co-creators in this universe.

Here’s my interpretation of what I believe to be the breakdown of our existence. Our soul, or essence, contains the blueprint for who we are, and our purpose. Our spirit is the energetic life force that powers our physical vessel and keeps us in communion with all creation. Our bodies are a physical expression of that essence. Like in the movie “Avatar,” but WAY better.

Living in symbiotic harmony between the physical and non-physical as we courageously honor the fullest expression of our collective existence is the name of the game. That is our soul’s purpose, to live and experience, emotionally and physically, as fully as absolutely possible! All of it, the good, bad, and ugly of life.

Bringing it all together

This Living Intuitively program only scratches the surface of all recorded information now available through ancient Gnostic and current day scientific and metaphysical teachings. I bring it all together so that you may decide for yourself how inner guidance is expresses itself through you.

  1. Root Chakra - Muladhara (base of instinctive support and survival) - physically oriented intuitives - sensing the sensations and/or illness of others, clairtangency (psychometry through touch), clairalience, clairgustance, strong connection with nature, and divination, telekinesis (manipulating physical objects).

  2. Sacral or Sacrum Chakra - Svadhisthana (seat of the self) - Emotionally oriented intuitives - clairempathy, clairsentience, clairtangency (sensing the energy of something without touch).

  3. Solar Plexus Chakra - Manipura (jewel's dwelling place) - Mentally oriented intuitives - claircognizance, pyrokinesis (manipulating fire), naturally understands human physiology.

  4. Heart Chakra - Anahata (unstruck sound) - Healing oriented intuitives - remote viewing, precognitive dreams, medium-like abilities, knowledge of past, present, future, clairaudience and clairvoyance from the heart space, astral merging, channeling divine guidance, and heightened healing abilities and their psychological precursors, and natural ability to fight disease, aging and death.

  5. Throat Chakra - Vishuddha (purification) - Spiritually oriented intuitives - having natural abilities with the spoken word, clairaudience in the mind or ears, mediumship, automatic writing (writing in a trance state), channeling, telepathy.

  6. Third-eye Chakra - Ajña (summoning) - Visually oriented intuitives - Seeing auras, clairvoyance from mind's eye, déjà vu, precognition through mind's eye, past-life regression.

  7. Crown Chakra - Sahasrara (void) - Prophetic oriented intuitives - superconsciousness, astral travel/projection, levitation, the combination of all abilities that allow direct connection with source field energy.
